Hi, "Something New" is today’s topic, so I looked for what something new has happened, and I found. I belong to one student association and one volleyball circle. What I found something new was noticed in their activity. I will talk about it.
The something new that I found is to control people of our group by ourselves is very difficult. In both activities, there were generational shifts from 3rd year student to us, 2nd year or 1st year students. In the volleyball circle, we had 4 or 5 practices per one month before the retiring of 3rd year students, but now, we could not have enough practices because of they are busy. I am also busy so I could not join the practices. I guess the circle leader is angry now because of only few people have come to our practices. His sentences in our mailing list from him let us know his anger. I am little afraid of him.
Such a student circle or a student organization is operated by us, students. Not a teacher or a coach. Keeping organization’s relations and activities are very difficult. I found it. I have to go to the volleyball activities, as soon as I can…. But I am afraid of him….
